Change of mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return your unopened and unused cards within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us before returning your order. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the returned cards in their original condition, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Original postage costs are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged or faulty cards

If your cards arrive damaged or there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible with details and, where appropriate, photographs.

We will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
