Our Program
Core Values
-
Validation: Teen girls to share their own experience and feel validated
-
Social connection: The opportunity to connect with others and make friends
-
To learn skills: nervous system regulation, understanding self and finding their place in the world.
Who and why?

This course is open to high school aged girls and female identifying or non-binary teens. No formal diagnosis of Autism or ADHD is required, it is open to anyone who feels keen to come.
Often this population struggle with issues around connecting to their body, sometimes gender, mental and physical health, social interaction and inclusion, and purpose. We want to open a safe space to explore these topics and begin to offer tools and support to find ease in life, internally and externally.

5 week course modules
